How to Make Your First Digital Scrapbook Layout

I’ve just made a new Scrapbooking Edge Digital Scrapbooking Video Tutorial especially for Paper Scrapbookers who are considering making the transition to Digital Scrapbooking.
I figured that if you already make great looking scrapbook layouts in the paper scrapbooking world, it would be pretty darn frustrating to have to go back to creating really basic looking layouts as you start to learn new digital skills.
And many of the early learning tutorials that I have seen seem to create pretty uninspiring scrapbook layouts as your first effort. I reckon that if I were starting digital scrapbooking, I would want my layouts to be looking good right from the beginning — even though I didn’t have all the super duper techniques under my belt.
So I designed this tutorial to teach some of the fundamental techniques that you need to create lots of different layouts and also to make your first layout something that can stand proudly beside your more experienced paper layouts.
I’m pretty pleased with the result. And I think that if I were making my first digital layout, I’d be very happy to create one that looked like this. And to make sure you get a great result, all the elements used in the demonstration layout are included with the video.
