When people start out in scrapbooking they often look at scrapbooking magazines or blogs like this to get ideas and then try things out for themselves. Paper scrapbookers will often take a class at their local scrapbook shop.

And if you’re interested in starting to learn digital scrapbooking then check out Step by Step Digital Scrapbook which is a site especially designed to help beginners get started. There is heaps of information and videos and also links to a digital scrapbooking mentoring program which I run that will teach you step by step how to do it.
