When you don’t feel that you can find the right words to express your journaling, turn to quotation from other people for the answer to your dilema.
Always remember to cite your source as that is just common courtesy and I think it also adds weight to your quotation.
Just Google ‘quotation subject’ (substituting the topic you want a quotation about fro the word ‘subject) and you’ll find a plethora of web sites that will be able to fill your need.
