I find that I rarely make a card these days without some sort of digital component Julie. The true blessing is that I'm never stuck for the right embellishment because I can make my own so quickly.

I like the idea of going digital then attaching it to a card. Great when you need something fast. Thanks for the great info.

It's great to combine the paper and the digital techniques Blinkie Girl. I find you can get some really great effects. Especially in personalising your cards.

What an awesome idea. I am an amateur digital scrapbooker but never really tried to do paper scrapbooking. This looks like such a cool idea! I am going to try it. Thanks for sharing.

That's why I love Hybrid techniques so much Cali. It's the best of both worlds. And if you're toying with the idea of digital scrapbooking, stay tuned to Scraps of Mind, I have an exciting new project that I'll be announcing soon.

Yay Bonnie. Yes I know and love your stuff. Once you start making your own cards you never go back in my opinion. Plus all your friends and family would be so disapointed if you gave them a store bought card.

Hi Karen!
I love to do paper scrap booking, digital as well as make my own cards-I also haven't bought a store card in years! I also tend to do some hybrid-both in scrapping and in card making and I think it is a lot of fun and wonderful considering the beautiful papers one can print these days! IT was nice to pop in on your blog again! Bonnie

Bonnie's last blog post..New stuff in Etsy

I love your stuff, and I've caught the digital bug a little bit. But I'm afraid to cross all the way over because I love my laminator so much. I think it's great you have combined the two. Digital is convenient but there's just something about doing it with your hands.
