The one embellishment you can’t live without
Suppose you were at a week long scrapbooking camp.
And you were only allowed to use one kind of embellishment.
You can have your choice of cardstock, patterned papers and digital papers.
But you have to choose one sort of embellishment, and that’s all you can use on any of the scrapbook layouts that you make over the whole week.
So here’s the question…
Which embellishment would you choose??
Stop and think before you go with your first response. Imagine the scenario.
I came up with my answer easily. Flowers.
But after I thought about the situation a bit more I changed my mind and picked a totally different embellishment. I went with Brads because I can create lots of different shapes with them.
What’s your choice?
…and thank Heavens we don’t actually have to go through with it!

That’s a tough question!! I think I would choose buttons. Although there is no way I could just have one type of embellishment.

Sounds like you’re thinking along the same lines as me Leslie. Buttons and Brads give you the scope to create so many different shapes. And yes, Heaven forbid that we should ever be in the position of having to select just one embellishment.

Have to agree with Leslie. It would have to be a fastener of some kind and I think buttons offer a greater variety of use. (You can even make flowers out of buttons)

Well buttons seem to have the edge so far. Who’d'a thought that when the chips were down we’d go back to basics.
