I just kept visiting blogs that I thought were relevant to my topic, such as crafts, scrapbooking and Mom blogs and they mostly returned the visit. Then after a couple of weeks a number of them started taking ads on Scraps of Mind. I think the key thing is to keep up regular visiting and dropping. And maybe leave a comment or two as well. Then after a couple of weeks a number of them started taking ads on Scraps of Mind.
